Thompson Rivers University is set to release details from a recent probe into allegations of misconduct against two senior administrators. Matt Milovick, the Vice-President of Finance and Administration, and Larry Phillips, the former Associate Vice-President of Human Resources were named in a complaint filed early in 2021, which alleged discrimination, harassment, misogyny, and disrespect towards First Nations people.

At 1 pm President Brett Fairbairn, board chair Marilyn McLean and Chancellor Nathan Matthew will present the results of their independent investigation. The university received the report on December 21st after completion of the investigation last month.

The inquiry into Milovick and Phillips was made public knowledge in November 2021; shortly thereafter Phillips departed from TRU. Initially expected in March, delays pushed back the report to November and then again to December.
