Today, Murray Stephen Kievit– a doctor employed at the White House Wellness Centre in Vernon– had a court appearance for sexual assault charges. The BC Prosecution Service reported that he will return to provincial court for a pre-trial conference on March 10th.
According to communications counsel Dan McLaughlin, Kievit is accused of two counts of sexual assault against one complainant in incidents described as occurring Dec. 7 and 9, 2021.
